Fifteen years at the table, ten of them teaching — Karen offers private and small-group lessons covering any of the Dottie's Mahj curricula (MAHJ 101, 201, or 301) or special topics of your choosing: defensive play, offensive play, and Charleston strategy. And as one of our Teacher's Teachers, she offers an in-person or distance-based course leading to Dottie's Mahj Instructor status — if the other side of the table is calling you, Karen is the one who walks you there.

The room isn't open yet, and I won't pretend otherwise. A forum full of borrowed furniture is worse than a door with a date on it. We're building the instructors' community properly: a teaching board where working teachers answer teaching questions, a networking corner for co-taught workshops and shared venues, a Q&A where I pin my own answers, and the friendliest classifieds in mahjong.
